2025 Masters Tournament: PGA Tour betting odds, futures picks and winner tips

The 2025 Masters continues the PGA Tour season with the event at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, welcoming 97 world-class players to the PGA Tour-recognized major championship event.

The 2025 Masters betting odds indicate this week's favorite is Scottie Scheffler, who comes in at 9-to-2 (+450) betting odds. Scheffler is the defending champion and looking to become the fourth place in Masters history (Nicklaus, Faldo, Woods) to repeat as champion.

Rory McIlroy is next best on the odds board at 13-to-2 to start the week. McIlroy, who has won at Pebble Beach and TPC Sawgrass this year already, would complete the career Grand Slam by winning at Augusta National.

Ludvig Aberg and Collin Morikawa are sitting on 14-to-1, as Aberg has won at Torrey Pines this year, while Morikawa has been consistently great.

2025 Masters betting picks

The Masters, in some ways, is the easiest tournament to predict. There are all kinds of rules and maxims that hold up about who can and can't be champion. We're also handcuffed, however, by the biggest odds market of the year in golf.

Collin Morikawa is a worthwhile play given his consistency this year, but his performance in major final rounds leaves a lot to be desired.

Scheffler and McIlroy are great picks to win in fantasy leagues, but the value isn't so good otherwise.

Shane Lowry will still net you a great number, along with Sepp Straka, and they both fit critical criteria that 18 of the last 20 Masters champions has satisfied.
