2026 The Players Championship tee times and pairings: Thursday’s Round 1

The 2026 The Players Championship Thursday tee times and groupings for the first round have been released, with threesomes featuring the best golfers in the world competing at TPC Sawgrass' Players Stadium Course in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

The 2026 The Players Championship format features a field of 123 players competing in the Jacksonville event. For the first two rounds, the players will compete in threesomes off the 1st and 10th tees.

After the first two rounds, there will be a cut to the top 65 and ties for the final two rounds.

The 2026 The Players Championship first round is set to start at 7:40 a.m. local time -- or 7:40 a.m. Eastern time -- with the first tee times of the day going off the 1st and 10th tees. Tee times run through 2:30 p.m. local time -- or 2:30 p.m. Eastern time -- with the final group of the day.
