This is set to be a 123-player field is played out over four days, with this event marking the 4th tournament of the 2026 PGA Tour schedule.
The 123-player tournament is being played in its originally intended slot, continuing the 2026 PGA Tour season in the mainland US with a full-field event that offers 500 FedEx Cup points to the winner. Depending on the outcome of the Farmers Insurance Open, the field could expand to get an even number to cover Brooks Koepka's entry under the Returning Member Program.
We do not have Monday qualifiers for this event, which will be played Thursday though Sunday.
The Waste Management Phoenix Open alternate list has already been set, with the top name on the list set to replace any withdrawn players, starting with Pontus Nyholm and AJ Ewart.
The field will be playing for a $9.6 million purse, with 31 of the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking among the top contenders.
