2025 Valero Texas Open field: PGA Tour players, rankings

The 2025 Valero Texas Open field is set with the passing of the PGA Tour tournament entry deadline. The field is set for this FedEx Cup event, played at TPC San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas, from April 3-6, 2025.

The Valero Texas Open field is headlined by the likes of Ludvig Aberg, Hideki Matsuyama, Tommy Fleetwood and more.

This is set to be a 152-player field is played out over four days, with this event marking the 15th tournament of the 2025 PGA Tour schedule.

The tournament is being played in its originally intended slot, with this being the PGA Tour returning to Texas for a series of events before and after the Masters.

We do not yet have Monday qualifiers for this event, which will be played Thursday though Sunday. Four spots are open for those qualifiers.

The Valero Texas Open alternate list has already been set, with Zac Blair and Hayden Springer being the first two players on the list.

The field will be playing for a $9.5 million purse, with 16 of the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking among the top contenders.
