PGA Tour one-and-done is perhaps the best fantasy golf game, with season-long leagues that give players a chance to pick one player for each tournament in the league season.

Once again in 2026, we offer weekly PGA Tour one-and-done golf picks for leagues of all kinds, including survivor leagues where the selected player must make the cut for the entry to continue to the next tournament.

We continue our 2026 PGA Tour one-and-done picks with the 2026 RBC Heritage, concluding at the 2026 Tour Championship, keeping track of our picks all along the way.

Before we begin, if you're not familiar with game, read this primer on the one-and-done fantasy golf format, and welcome to the game. It really is as easy as it sounds, but you have to take a long-term view of the season to figure out how best to use players.

This week, we have the RBC Heritage, with the PGA Tour coming back to Harbour Town and Hilton Head Island.

It's RBC Heritage week, and the 82-player field this week is taking on a renovated version of this great Peye Dye test. The tee shots and approaches are tight. The greens are small. Being exacting is the best way to play this course.

Hopefully you took my recommendations that I didn't pick last week. I went out on a limb for Jon Rahm, and then he forgot how to play golf. Never again.

The good news is this week is a no-cut event, and we can I guess save Rory for Aronimink and the PGA, and then Scheffler for Shinnecock and the US Open (or before then at Memorial).

2026 RBC Heritage One and Done picks

  • Scottie Scheffler: Scheffler has won here, and he's clearly figured out the driver, so maybe the next logical step is a win.
  • Patrick Cantlay: Cantlay is the best horse-for-course play this week, and he's played well his last two times out.
  • Xander Schauffele: Schauffele has played well his last three times out, all on demanding courses and against mostly great fields.

My pick this week is Xander Schauffele.
