The 2026 Arnold Palmer Invitational field is set with the passing of the PGA Tour tournament entry deadline. The field is set for this FedEx Cup event, played at Bay Hill Club and Lodge in Orlando, Florida, from March 5-8, 2026.
Arnold Palmer Invitational field is headlined by the likes of Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele and more. Russell Henley is the defending champion.
This is set to be an 72-player field is played out over four days, with this event marking the 8th tournament of the 2026 PGA Tour schedule.
The 72-player tournament is being played in its originally intended slot, continuing the 2026 PGA Tour season in the mainland US with the year's third Signature event that offers 700 FedEx Cup points to the winner.
We do not have Monday qualifiers for this event, which will be played Thursday though Sunday. The players who qualified for the event with the Aon Swing 5 were finalized based on the results of the Cognizant Clasic in the Palm Beaches. The players in through that criteria are: Nicolai Hojgaard, Stephan Jaeger, Haotong Li, Kevin Roy and Michael Thorbjornsen.
The Aon Next 10 are the players who are the next 10 available players based on the season-long FedEx Cup standings.
The Arnold Palmer Invitational alternate list has already been set, with the top name on the list set to replace any withdrawn players, starting with Nico Echavarria and S.H. Kim.
The field will be playing for a $20 million purse, with 41 of the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking among the top contenders.
