The 2025 US Open final leaderboard is headed by winner JJ Spaun, who earned the PGA Tour win in the USGA-run major championship at Oakmont Country Club near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Spaun won for the 2nd time in his PGA Tour career, earning his first major title with a two-shot win on 1-under 279 and being the only player to break par for the week. Spaun won with a 64-foot, 5-inch birdie putt on the final hole to secure the win, following a birdie on the par-4 17th after driving the green to 17 feet.

Spaun made five bogeys in the first six holes, dropping well back of the lead after an opening-nine 40. He made four birdies in the final seven holes against one bogey to shoot 32 coming in and win the title. He's the first PGA Tour winner in at least the last 23 years to shoot a final-round first nine in the 40s.

Robert MacIntyre finished in solo second place at 1-over 281 after the Scot shot an impressive 68 to close, coming just short of becoming the first lefty to win the US Open.

Viktor Hovland was another shot back, finishing in solo third place.

Spaun won the $4,300,000 winner's share of the $21,500,000 purse.
