2025 Masters final results: Prize money payout, PGA Tour leaderboard and how much each golfer won



The 2025 Masters final leaderboard is headed by winner Rory McIlroy, who earned the major win at <Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

McIlroy won his fifth-career major title, his first Masters title and the career Grand Slam with a birdie 13 on the par-4 18th in the first hole of a sudden-death playoff against Justin Rose after both players finished regulation tied on 11-under 277.

In regulation, McIlroy missed a 5-footer to win, while Rose earlier made a lengthy birdie putt to force the tie.

Patrick Reed finished in solo third place on 9-under total, with the 2018 winning finishing two shots out of the playoff.

McIlroy won the $4,200,000 winner's share of the $21,000,000 purse.

Masters recap notes

McIlroy earned 100 Official World Golf Ranking points with the win in the 72-hole stroke-play championship, which helps his place in the world ranking.

McIlroy earned 750 FedEx Cup points as a PGA Tour member, with the PGA Tour points offered at the standard level for this event.

A total of 53 (of 95) players finished the tournament, where a 36-hole cut was made in this event.

The 2025 PGA Tour schedule continues next week with the RBC Heritage in South Carolina and the Corales Puntacana Championship in the Dominican Republic.
