What’s on the menu for Rory McIlroy’s 2026 Masters Champions Dinner?

Rory McIlroy has shared the menu for the 2026 Masters Champions Dinner, and the defending Masters champion is the guest of honor for the first time on the Tuesday tradition.

The appetizers for the evening start with a variety of choices, including peach and ricotta flatbread, bacon-wrapped dates (a nod to his mom), rock shrimp tempura (a crowd favorite) and grilled elk sliders (which McIlroy says was part of his diet last year leading into the Masters).

The first course is yellowfin tuna carpaccio served to the Masters Club -- the proper name for the gathering of the Champions Dinner -- to start the meal held traditionally since 1952 on the Tuesday of Masters Week.

Masters Champions dinner menus: 2025 (Scottie Scheffler) | 2023 (Scottie Scheffler) | 2022 (Hideki Mastuyama) | 2021 (Dustin Johnson) | 2019 (Patrick Reed) | 2018 (Sergio Garcia) | 2017 (Danny Willett) | 2016 (Jordan Spieth)

The main course is a choice of Wagyu filet mignon or seared salmon, served with traditional Irish champ (mashed potatoes and scallions), sauteed Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots and onion rings.

The dessert option is sticky toffee pudding, served with vanilla ice cream.

There are four wine options, too.

The menu is a nod to so many people and things that are key to McIlroy's life and his Masters win, while also trying to give some options for the more picky eaters.

The Masters Champion Dinner is a tradition that invites all living Masters champions for a special Tuesday dinner to eat before the tournament, tell stories and have an opportunity to hear from the Masters winners past and present. The defending champion pays for the meal, and the attendees can order from off the menu if they wish.
