Sergio Garcia has shared menu for the 2018 Masters Champions Dinner, and the defending Masters champion is the guest of honor for the first time on the Tuesday tradition.

The menu begins with an International Salad, inspired by ingredients representing countries of Masters Champions.

The main course is Arroz Caldos de Bogavante, which is traditional Spanish lobster rice.

The dessert is his wife Angela Akins Garcia's Tres Leches cake, served with Tres Leches ice cream and espuma, which is a frothy-foam for desserts.

Two wines will be served: 2016 Sketch and 2014 Pinea.

The Masters Champion Dinner is a tradition that invites all living Masters champions for a special Tuesday dinner to eat before the tournament, tell stories and have an opportunity to hear from the Masters winners past and present.
