Patrick Reed has shared menu for the 2019 Masters Champions Dinner, and the defending Masters champion is the guest of honor for the first time on the Tuesday tradition.

The menu begins with a choice of a Caesar salad or a wedge salad, which is often a starter in Masters Club -- the technical name for the gathering of the Champions Dinner -- meals the Tuesday of Masters Week.

The main course is Prime bone-in Cowboy prime rib, served with herb butter on top or the side. The alternative meal is fish prepared by the kitchen, and it's available upon request for vegetarians or those with dietary restrictions. (There are no vegan options, but we're assuming there are no living vegan Masters champions.) The side items include macaroni and cheese with white cheddar and smoked gouda, creamed spinach with artichoke hearts and garlic, creme-brulee (creamed) corn, as well steamed broccoli topped with Parmesan cheese and sea salt.

The dessert options include vanilla bean creme brulee, tiramisu, and chocolate crunch and praline cheesecake.

Two wines will be served: 2016 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay and a 2014 Caymus Vineyards 41st anniversary Cabernet Savignon.

The Masters Champion Dinner is a tradition that invites all living Masters champions for a special Tuesday dinner to eat before the tournament, tell stories and have an opportunity to hear from the Masters winners past and present. The defending champion pays for the meal.
