PGA Tour one-and-done is perhaps the best fantasy golf game, with season-long leagues that give players a chance to pick one player for each tournament in the league season.
Once again in 2026, we offer weekly PGA Tour one-and-done golf picks for leagues of all kinds, including survivor leagues where the selected player must make the cut for the entry to continue to the next tournament.

We continue our 2026 PGA Tour one-and-done picks with the 2026 Waste Management Phoenix Open, concluding at the 2026 Tour Championship, keeping track of our picks all along the way.
Before we begin, if you're not familiar with game, read this primer on the one-and-done fantasy golf format, and welcome to the game. It really is as easy as it sounds, but you have to take a long-term view of the season to figure out how best to use players.
This week, we have the Waste Management Phoenix Open, with the PGA Tour moving into the Phoenix area for the biggest party of the year.

It's Waste Management Phoenix Open week, and the 123-player field this week is a great field on a course that can play tough (and can play easy), with unrelenting crowds at times.
Jason Day had us in good shape early, but then he kinda petered out over the weekend on Torrey South. Congrats to Justin Rose on a great week!
2026 Waste Management Phoenix Open One and Done picks
- Scottie Scheffler: Look, if you picked Scottie here, I'd understand, but let's go for the higher purses.
- Cam Young: Young has done quite well here the last two years, and if he can keep driver in play, he can smoke this place.
- Sahith Theegala: My working theory is that Theegala is going to have a great year to make up for an injury-plagued 2025. So far, so good. He likes TPC Scottsdale.
- Jordan Spieth: Spieth is probably the best player for this course that isn't Scheffler or Xander But he's not the Spieth he once was.
My pick this week is Sahith Theegala.
