PGA Tour one-and-done is perhaps the best fantasy golf game, with season-long leagues that give players a chance to pick one player for each tournament in the league season.

Once again in 2025, we offer weekly PGA Tour one-and-done golf picks for leagues of all kinds, including survivor leagues where the selected player must make the cut for the entry to continue to the next tournament.

We continue our 2025 PGA Tour one-and-done picks with the 2025 RBC Heritage and Corales Puntacana Championship, concluding at the 2025 Tour Championship, keeping track of our picks all along the way.

Before we begin, if you're not familiar with game, read this primer on the one-and-done fantasy golf format, and welcome to the game. It really is as easy as it sounds, but you have to take a long-term view of the season to figure out how best to use players.

This week, we have the RBC Heritage, with the PGA Tour moving up the road to Hilton Head Island for a Signature event after the Masters. We also have the Corales Puntacana Championship as the oppo event in the Dominican Republic.

We did it! We picked Rory, and we got the winner. Can't ask for a whole lot better than that. It's been a weird season so far, but we nailed the best tournament in the world and made up a lot of ground.

This week, we're back at Harbour Town, which has been renovated. It's still going to be claustrophobic and a tough course, and there tend to be horses for this course.

We're also at Corales Golf Club in the D.R. for the oppo event, where we tend to get players of middling length that hit the ball well as champions.

My one-and-done recommendations fall into one of two categories: players who are in current form and those who have great course experience.

2025 RBC Heritage One and Done picks

Course history

  • J.T. Poston: The Postman has been in the top eight here three times in the last five years.
  • Patrick Cantlay: Cantlay thrives at a place like this, though he wasn't relevant to the Masters at all.
  • Shane Lowry: Lowry has been fabulous this year, and he has a thing for Harbour Town.
  • Brian Harman: Harman had a really nice Masters after winning in San Antonio, and has a great record here.

Current form

  • Sungjae Im: Sungjae showed out on the weekend at the Masters, and he's been a top-15 fixture at Harbour Town.
  • Russell Henley: Henley has a good enough record here, and he's been playing fantastic golf all year.
  • Scottie Scheffler: Scheffler didn't quite have it at Augusta last week, and he defends here having played solidly.
  • Corey Conners: Conners had himself a great Masters, and this is a place where he's had good results.

My pick this week is Shane Lowry.

2025 Corales Puntacana Championship One and Done picks

  • Keith Mitchell: Cashmere Keith has been playing well this year, and he rates out great in our model.
  • Alex Smalley: Smalley is playing excellent golf in 2025, and he's probably the best horse-for-course play.
  • Ben Griffin: Griffin may wind up not being in this field, but he's a good pick for now.
  • Thorbjorn Olesen: Olesen tends to fit the mold of a guy who plays well here.

My pick this week is Alex Smalley.
