The PGA Tour this week features the 2025 Charles Schwab Challenge starting on Thursday at Colonial Country Club in Ft. Worth, Texas.
My PGA Tour field ranking for Charles Schwab Challenge looks at the top 10 players in this 135-player field that brings together the PGA Tour in the Ft. Worth area at Hogan's Alley.
The Charles Schwab Challenge is back at Colonial, and the world No. 1 is playing the week after the PGA Championship. The rest of the field isn't particularly strong, but we do have some good names taking on a course that seems to reward accuracy and experience.
Just a reminder that I make my expert picks looking at all fantasy leagues and formats. Whether you're playing in a fantasy golf leagues, betting on golf, or competing in a DFS (DraftKings, FanDuel) event, our picks highlight the top PGA Tour golfers to watch this week from our 2025 Charles Schwab Challenge rankings.
2025 Charles Schwab Challenge expert picks and rankings
1. Scottie Scheffler: The best in the world and the PGA champion is playing this week.
2. Maverick McNealy: McNealy has been crushing it this year, and he's in the top 15 in the world, playing a course that should suit him.
3. Harris English: English finished T-2 in the pack behind Scheffler at the PGA Championship, and he does seem to like this place.
4. Keith Mitchell: Mitchell had himself a great week at Philly Cricket and is almost certainly going to get out to a hot start.
5. Tommy Fleetwood: Fleetwood would be higher up here based on the totality of his season, but he's also never won in this country.

6. Si Woo Kim: SWK showed out well at Quail Hollow, and he finished with a nice flourish.
7. Aaron Rai: Rai has been showing that last year was no fluke, and this feels like a golf course that will suit his game.
8. Hideki Matsuyama: Hideki should be an elite player in this field, but it feels like it's been downhill since the season-opening win.
9. Jordan Spieth: Spieth is probably the best available horse-for-course play this week, although that may not be saying a ton.
10. Neal Shipley: Shipley won on the Korn Ferry Tour and turned his season around, and he's playing with nothing to lose this week.
