2013 British Open: Complete third round pairings and tee times

Following the first two rounds of the 2013 Open Championship at Muirfield, the remaining weekend field is has been reshuffled and paired together based on their score.

The scoring has produced some outstanding, intriguing and downright funny pairings for Saturday in Scotland.

In the second group off of the day, Swedes Carl Pettersson and Jonas Blixt go off together. At 5:05 a.m. Eastern, a couple of good ole' boys in Jason Dufner and Bud Cauley go off together in a matchup of Auburn and Alabama.

The fireworks show begins at 5:55 a.m. as good buddies (sarcasm) Padraig Harrington and Sergio Garcia start their third round together.

A pair of old guys and former Open champions, Tom Lehman (1996) and Mark O'Meara (1998) are together at 8:15 a.m.

Then the contenders begin to make their run to the Claret Jug, beginning with Phil Mickelson and Justin Leonard at 8:45 a.m. Ryder Cup rivals and rebel rousers, Ian Poulter and Bubba Watson, go off in the following group 10 minutes later.

At 9:20 a.m., Adam Scott continues down the path to redemption alongside Charl Schwartzel, who shot 68 with a full set of 14 clubs.

The final three groups are fascinating, with TaylorMade staffers Dustin Johnson and Martin Laird, followed by world No. 1 Tiger Woods and erstwhile No. 1 Lee Westwood. The day culminates with contrasting on-course personas in 49-year-old Miguel Angel Jimenez and the "Iceman" Henrik Stenson at 10:20 a.m.
