- Creating lineups that have low duplication rates, making it less likely that others will have the exact same players as you
- Finding players that will finish highly in the tournament, earning bonuses based on their finish
- Identifying players that make plenty of birdies and eagles while dropping as few shots as possible, which obviously plays into a player's finish
