The betting favorite is Boise Open winner Chesson Hadley, going off at 16-to-1 (+1600) betting odds to start the week. Peter Uihlein, who won in Columbus, is at 22-to-1.

Andrew Landry and Ted Potter Jr., who was great in Idaho, are third-best at 28-to-1.

2017 DAP Championship expert picks

If you're looking for someone to wager on at this week's DAP Championship, then we have three expert picks for you: our favorite, our sleeper and our longshot.

  • Favorite: Peter Uihlein -- Uihlein makes sense here, given he's done well in tough-scoring events in the past and Canterbury is no joke.
  • Sleeper: Daniel Summerhays -- Love Summerhays on tough courses, and he's a modest value at 40-to-1 after last week's birdie-fest.
  • Longshot: Denny McCarthy -- Played well for five weeks now, and he finished inside the top 10 at Boise. Another modest finish locks up his Tour card.
