The betting favorite is Rory McIlroy, who comes into the second FedEx Cup playoff event at 15-to-2 (+750) betting odds. Brooks Koepka is at 8-to-1.
Jon Rahm is next best at 10-to-1.

- Paul Casey: Casey took the first playoff event off, so perhaps being rested will lead him to a win.
- Hideki Matsuyama: Above all else, Medinah is a tee-to-green execution course, and Matsuyama is a master of that.
- Sungjae Im: Im has been the marathon man of the PGA Tour this season, but he's still putting up great finishes.
