Rory McIlroy confirms: He’s way too short to date Michelle Wie

If 5-foot, 10-inch Rory McIlroy was too short for same-heighted Caroline Wozniacki, then he'd never be a good match for 6-foot-1 Michelle Wie.

The 2014 U.S. Women's Open champion and McIlroy had a fun back-and-forth on Twitter on Saturday which began with Wie sharing her rearrangement of an airport magazine stand.

McIlroy responded, happy his Golf Magazine cover was still showing amid Wie's many Golf Digest covers.

Then a third wheel, Twitter user @gravelwalks, got involved, pointing out the obvious about the Nike stablemates.

McIlroy has been rumored to be with several women of late, including "Suits" actress Meghan Markle and model Sasha Gale. Meanwhile, Michelle Wie has been rumored to be dating Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez.
