No one would blame Elin Nordegren for holding a grudge against ex-husband Tiger Woods for the public humiliation she endured as their relationship crumbled. However, Nordegren doesn't speak that way in a forthcoming interview with "People" magazine.
Nordegren says she is glad for Woods to be dating current girlfriend Lindsey Vonn.
"I'm happy for Tiger," Nordegren said in an interview published in the magazine's June 2 issue. "In general, in any kind of stepparent relationship, I'm happy that there's somebody else loving my children."
The Swedish-born Nordegren was also effusive with praise in how he has contributed to raising the two children the couple had together. It has made their post-divorce relationship better.
"Our relationship is centered around our children, and we are doing really good—we really are," Nordegren said. "He is a great father."
