The PGA Tour this week features the 2026 Tour Championship starting on Thursday at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Tour Championship marks the return of the PGA Tour to Atlanta for the conclusion of the FedEx Cup playoffs.
The 2026 Tour Championship field takes on East Lake once again, for the second year running in a straight shootout. This is an experience course, really, where you kinda have to see it and see the sightlines a few times.
Just a reminder that I make my expert picks looking at all fantasy leagues and formats. Whether you're playing in a fantasy golf leagues, betting on golf, or competing in a DFS (DraftKings, FanDuel) event, our picks highlight the top PGA Tour golfers to watch this week from our 2026 Tour Championship rankings.
2026 Tour Championship expert picks and rankings
1. Scottie Scheffler: Scheffler apparently played with Hand, Foot and Mouth disease last week, and he still finished T-12.
2. Rory McIlroy: McIlroy decided to figure out some things last week, but he didn't quite have it with the driver, so that needs a little work.
3. Russell Henley: Henley played really well and somehow under the radar last week, and he has a good record in Atlanta.
4. Wyndham Clark: Clark won for the third time this season at Bellerive, and I'm still not really sure he fits East Lake.
5. Patrick Cantlay: This is probably an overreaction to last week, but now that he's in East Lake, he's at another venue/tournament he loves.

6. Sam Burns: Burns didn't have it in St. Louis, but a tournament in the South on Bermuda sounds good for Burns.
7. Chris Gotterup: Gotterup should enjoy a bigger ballpark at Bellerive, though he sputtered on the weekend in Tennessee.
8. Sungjae Im: Im has a bit of a home game, and he's been on the rise for weeks at a venue where a good short game can help.
9. Viktor Hovland: Hovland is really hard to predict, and he kind of sputtered last week, but he shows up to East Lake.
10. Xander Schauffele: Xander has a good track record on East Lake, but he seems too hit or miss.
