The PGA Tour this week features the 2026 Zurich Classic of New Orleans starting on Thursday at TPC Louisiana in Avondale, Louisiana.

My PGA Tour field ranking for Zurich Classic of New Orleans looks at the top 10 players in this 148-player field of 74 two-person teams that brings together the best in the world for the PGA Tour's team event.

The Zurich Classic of New Orleans is a unique event on the PGA Tour, with duos competing in two formats across four days. We've had big-name teams win and guys you don't really know as well.

TPC Louisiana isn't particularly tricky, though the finishing holes are a lot of fun. There are some peril spots, particularly in the par 3s.

Just a reminder that I make my expert picks looking at all fantasy leagues and formats. Whether you're playing in a fantasy golf leagues, betting on golf, or competing in a DFS (DraftKings, FanDuel) event, our picks highlight the top PGA Tour golfers to watch this week from our 2026 Zurich Classic of New Orleans rankings.

2026 Zurich Classic of New Orleans expert picks and rankings

1. Matt and Alex Fitzpatrick: Matt has won twice in three starts, including the RBC Heritage, and his brother just won on the DP World Tour.

2. Shane Lowry and Brooks Koepka: Rory's out, and Brooks is in. Lowry has enjoyed a solid, if not heartbreaking, year, while Brooks seems to be getting better each time out.

3. Ben Griffin and Andrew Novak: Novak had a nice week at Harbour Town, while Griffin was good at the Masters. Solid defending champions.

4. Marco Penge and Matt Wallace: Both of these guys bring unique skills to the table, and it should make for quite a pairing.

5. Haotong Li and Jordan Smith: These guys are DP World Tour alums, and I think Haotong is going to have a blast this week.

6. Aaron Rai and Sahith Theegala: I like the duo, and they bring different things to the table here this week. Both seem on the upswing.

7. Michael Thorbjornsen and Karl Vilips: Vilips is really hard to figure out, but if he plays his game well, then he can contribute best in the best-ball format.

8. Kristoffer Reitan and Kris Ventura: We've got a Norwegian duo here, and they can both hit the everliving hell out of the ball. Reitan had a nice showing at Augusta.

9. AJ Ewart and Casey Jarvis: This smells like a pairing that could just play solid golf and win. Ewart has been a PGA Tour surprise, and Casey Jarvis has been fabulous on the DP World Tour.

10. Blades Brown and Luke Clanton: This is my wild-card pick, as Brown has been on a mission this year, and he might just help Luke Clanton off the mat a bit.
