Magical Kenya Open history, results and past winners



The Magical Kenya Open is one of the DP World Tour's events played in continental Africa.

The event, which was first played in 1967, has been played as a DP World Tour event sicne 2019. The tournament marks the start of the DP World Tour's swing through the continent of Africa in the early portion of the year.

The event has become a cult favorite among DP World Tour fans.

Marucie Bembridge is the lone three multi-time winner of this event, having won two of the first three played and another in 1979.

Magical Kenya Open format

The Magical Kenya Open is played over four days, and there is a cut for the qualifying field.

The field of 156 players is made up of the top available DP World Tour players based on their priority ranking on the current season. At the end of the 72-hole event, the lowest score wins.
