2026 Sony Open in Hawaii: PGA Tour one-and-done fantasy golf picks

PGA Tour one-and-done is perhaps the best fantasy golf game, with season-long leagues that give players a chance to pick one player for each tournament in the league season.

Once again in 2026, we offer weekly PGA Tour one-and-done golf picks for leagues of all kinds, including survivor leagues where the selected player must make the cut for the entry to continue to the next tournament.

We start our 2026 PGA Tour one-and-done picks with the 2026 Sony Open in Hawaii, concluding at the 2026 Tour Championship, keeping track of our picks all along the way.

Before we begin, if you're not familiar with game, read this primer on the one-and-done fantasy golf format, and welcome to the game. It really is as easy as it sounds, but you have to take a long-term view of the season to figure out how best to use players.

This week, we have the Sony Open in Hawaii, with the PGA Tour kicking off its season in Honolulu with a 120-player tournament.

It's Sony Open in Hawaii week, and the 120-player field this week is a solid start to the year. Waialae is unique on tour given its Raynor roots, but the course isn't too hard without wind.

Keegan Bradley was the pick here last year and did well with a T-6 finish.

2026 Sony Open in Hawaii One and Done picks

  • Keegan Bradley: Bradley had a good-enough off-season, and he's an ideal pick here given his course history.
  • Russell Henley: A past winner here, Henley is the clear horse-for-course play for one and done this week.
  • Nick Taylor: Taylor is the defending champion, and he's been strong here over the last several years.
  • JJ Spaun: Spaun probably should have won here last year but stalled down the stretch, and he had a solid fall.

My pick this week is JJ Spaun.
