SAS Championship recap notes

Cejka wins the latest PGA Tour Champions title of the year, getting into the winner's circle on the 50-plus tour once again.

The money Cejka -- and every PGA Tour Champions player in the field -- earned is converted into Charles Schwab Cup points, with every dollar converted into one point during the regular season.

There is no cut on PGA Tour Champions-run events, including the major championships they run. All players are paid for participating in three rounds of the event, however.

The top 72 players in the Charles Schwab Cup points standings at the end of this event qualify for the start of the three-event playoffs.

The 2025 PGA Tour Champions schedule continues next week with the Dominion Energy Charity Classic in Virginia.
