The PGA Tour this week features the 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship starting on Thursday at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee.

My PGA Tour field ranking for FedEx St. Jude Championship looks at the top 10 players in this 69-player field that brings together the best in the world for the start of PGA Tour's FedEx Cup playoffs.

The FedEx St. Jude Championship is back and the top 70 in the points standings (well, minus Rory McIlroy) kick off the playoffs. TPC Southwind is not the best golf course, but it does offer plenty of challenge for the best in the world.

Just a reminder that I make my expert picks looking at all fantasy leagues and formats. Whether you're playing in a fantasy golf leagues, betting on golf, or competing in a DFS (DraftKings, FanDuel) event, our picks highlight the top PGA Tour golfers to watch this week from our 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship rankings.

2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship expert picks and rankings

1. Scottie Scheffler: Are you betting against this guy anywhere? He's the best in the world and comes off a few weeks of rest.

2. Xander Schauffele: Schauffele might be getting closer to his best, and he's got a couple of good results at TPC Southwind.

3. Sepp Straka: Straka lost in a playoff here, and he's such a better player since then, so he's hard not to like this week.

4. Justin Thomas: Thomas is a winner here when it was a World Golf Championships event, and he's had a solid year.

5. Collin Morikawa: Morikawa has found this venue suitable to his eye, but it also feels like he's fallen off the planet compared to his play earlier in the year.

6. Matt Fitzpatrick: Fitz has done the job here in the past, and he's one of the few players in the field with a good record at the venue.

7. Viktor Hovland: Hovland has a surprisingly good record here, and I think playing fresh should be good for him.

8. Tommy Fleetwood: Fleetwood has been brilliant all year, and he was third here two years ago. Maybe he'll be inspired by Cam Young breaking through.

9. Sam Burns: Burns should lap up at a place like Southwind, but his recent results have left something to be desired. He should have won here a few years ago but ganked a 5-footer.

10. Cameron Young: Now that's finally won, does he just go on a tear? He did win back-to-back on the Korn Ferry Tour back in the day.

Honorable mentions: Russell Henley, Brian Harman
