The 2025 The Ascendant final leaderboard is headed by winner Neal Shipley, who topped the Korn Ferry Tour leaderboard this week at TPC Colorado in Berthoud, Colorado.

Shipley earned the Korn Ferry Tour win and became the second player this season to win two events, earning a one-shot win on 18-under 270, with Jorge Fernández Valdés and Kevin Dougherty finishing in second place.

Austin Smotherman, the first player this season to earn two Korn Ferry Tour wins, finished tied for fourth place on 14-under total, along with Ross Steelman, Cooper Dossey, Zach Bauchou and Pierceson Coody.

Shipley won the $180,000 winner's share of the $1,000,000 purse.

Korn Ferry Tour Championship recap notes

Shipley earned 15.6 Official World Golf Ranking points with the win, which does help his world ranking, as he also gains 500 Korn Ferry Tour points. The top 20 players in the points standings at the end of the Korn Ferry Tour Championship earn PGA Tour cards for 2026.
