2025 Barracuda Championship field: PGA Tour players, rankings

The 2025 Barracuda Championship field is set with the passing of the PGA Tour tournament entry deadline. The field is set for this FedEx Cup event, played at Tahoe Mountain Club's Old Greenwood Course in Truckee, California, from July 17-20, 2025.

The Barracuda Championship field is headlined by the likes of Davis Riley, Joe Highsmith, Ryan Gerard and more.

This is set to be a 156-player field is played out over four days, with this event marking the 34th tournament of the 2025 PGA Tour schedule.

The 156-player tournament is being played in its originally intended slot, with this being the PGA Tour playing its final major of the year, with the R&A running the longest-run championship in golf. This event is co-sanctioned with the DP World Tour as an additional event.

We do not have Monday qualifiers for this event, which will be played Thursday though Sunday.

The Barracuda Championship alternate list has already been set, with the top name on the list set to replace any withdrawn players. James Hahn and Matt NeSmith currently top the list.

The field will be playing for a $4 million purse, with none of the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking among the top contenders.
