The 2025 Senior PGA Championship final leaderboard is headed by winner Angel Cabrera, who topped the PGA Tour Champions major leaderboard this week with a win at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland.

Cabrera won this event, the second major of five on the season on the schedule, to claim his second PGA Tour Champions title of the season. In the end, Cabrera prevailed by a single shot on 8-under 280 thanks to a final-round 69.

Former Ryder Cup captain Thomas Bjorn and Padraig Harrington finished in a share of second place, a shot out of the lead.

Cabrera won the $540,000 winner's share of the $3,000,000 purse.

Senior PGA Championship recap notes

Cabrera wins the latest PGA Tour Champions title of the year, getting into the winner's circle again on the 50-plus tour in back-to-back majors.

The money Cabrera -- and every PGA Tour Champions player in the field -- earned is converted into Charles Schwab Cup points, with every dollar converted into one point during the regular season.

There is no cut on PGA Tour Champions-run events, including the major championships they run. This was one of five majors on the schedule, with all majors being 72-hole events, and this one being run by the PGA of America.

The 2025 PGA Tour Champions schedule continues next week with the Principal Charity Classic in Iowa.
