The 2025 Ford Championship final leaderboard is headed by winner Hyo Joo Kim, who topped the LPGA Tour leaderboard this week with a win at Whirlwind Golf Club in Chandler, Arizona.
Kim won for the 7th time in her LPGA career, defeating Lilia Vu in a playoff for the title. Both players finished the 72-hole event tied on 22-under 266, with Vu getting up-and-down for par on the final hole of regulation to force extra golf.
Playing the par-4 18th again in the playoff, both players found the green with decent looks at birdie, but Kim made the closer bid to lock up the win.
Former US Women's Open champion Allisen Corpuz finished in solo third place, a shot out of the playoff.
Kim won the $375,000 winner's share of the $2,500,000 purse.
Ford Championship recap notes
Kim picks up the win in the fifth LPGA Tour event of the season, getting in the winner's circle for the 7th time in her career.
By winning the event, Kim earned 500 points in the Race to the CME Globe, with the top 60 players in points getting into the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship.
This week, there was a 36-hole cut in this event, with 74 players finishing the tournament.
The 2025 LPGA Tour schedule continues next week with the T-Mobile Match Play in Las Vegas.
