Allen defeated Justin Moose with a 393-yard drive on a wet, slow grid to claim the title in the final.
Allen won the $125,000 tournament winner's share of the $270,000 purse.
In the women's division, Phillis Meti defeated Chloe Garner in the final by 3 yards, with a 313-yard drive finding the grid to land her third world title.
