Sometimes you're standing over a putt and you just can't see a way for the ball to get into the hole from where you are. Those are the times when you have to be inventive and forge your own path to the hole. That's what Jodi Ewart-Shadoff did in Round 1 of the KPMG Women's PGA Championship on Friday.
Ewart-Shadoff was facing a 25-foot par putt on the par-4 seventh at Westchester Country Cub, and there was no simple path to the hole. So, the Englishwoman turned sideways and putted toward the bunker. The ball caught the sidehill and shot it down toward the hole and in for an incredible save.

At 7 over through two rounds, Ewart-Shadoff won't play the weekend. That putt, doe.
