Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel responded to a heckler at the AT&T Byron Nelson by throwing a water bottle at them.

Manziel, who was in the pool at the tournament host Four Seasons resort, was harassed by an 18-year-old male fan attending the tournament on the adjacent TPC Four Seasons course. After surpassing his tolerance level for the fan's needling, the former Texas A&M signal caller threw a water bottle at the fan. One of Manziel's friends and hotel security intervened to prevent the issue from escalating further.

The former Heisman Trophy winner spoke with Browns officials and area police about the incident. No charges were filed, according to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.

It's unclear if Manziel will discuss the incident on Tuesday when the Browns have open practice.
