Has there ever been a recorded hole-in-one on a par 5?


You'd think it's impossible to make a hole-in-one on a par 5 in golf.

However, there have been several recorded holes-in-one on par 5s, which most folks seem to want to call a "condor."

According to About.com, more often than not, they've come on holes where there is a severe dogleg, allowing a player to blast over the curve of the hole directly to the hole location.
