Rory McIlroy, Graeme McDowell, other Euro stars try blind chip shot

The European Tour runs a viral video campaign imploring fans to see every shot imaginable. In this latest video, however, the players don't actually get to see the shot they're hitting.

At this week's Irish Open at Carton House G.C., the European Tour ran a little chipping contest. Each player got three tries. Here's the catch: They were blindfolded.

A slew of players took on the task, including world No. 2 Rory McIlroy, Graeme McDowell, Darren Clarke, Paul Casey, Shane Lowry, Jose Maria Olazabal and 2014 Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley.

With a little practice, a number of the players got tantalizingly close to holing the shot, but leave it to the Irish Ryder Cup captain to show them how it's done.
