Hand-eye coordination is an important part of golf. It's also critical in milking a cow. How are those two related? In this story.

At the players' party for this week's BMW International Open on the European Tour in Munich, Germany, Ernie Els, Sergio Garcia and Paul Casey participated in a cow-milking contest. It wasn't a real cow, but rather a mechanical one filled with milk. The trio pulled the most moo-cow against their all-female competition of Casey's girlfriend, Pollyanna Woodward, Gala Alten and South African player Thomas Aiken's wife, Kate, according to Golf by Tour Miss.

Even better (or worse, depending on your view of this)? The players at the party wore lederhosen.

The event was held to mark 25 years of the tournament and BMW's sponsorship of it.

The European Tour shot a couple of photos of the occasion and shared them on Twitter.
