Ryder Cup captain Love III breaks the ice on day before wild-card picks

Hours before eight players hoping to snag one of four Ryder Cup wild-card picks play their final round to impress at the Deutsche Bank Championship, American captain Davis Love III let the world know his mind was at ease.

Love tweeted Sunday, "The important question, who will make the chase? Watching Atl Race!"

The chase? Not the one at TPC Boston. Rather, Love is interested in the drivers who make NASCAR's Chase for the Sprint Cup.

He clarified the point in a follow-up tweet.

"Just to be clear, I know the picks, I am nervous about the chase!"
