The 2026 Butterfield Bermuda Championship final leaderboard is headed by winner Austin Smotherman, who won the PGA Tour event at Port Royal Golf Course in Southampton, Bermuda.
Smotherman picked up his second-career PGA Tour title, going back-to-back in consecutive starts on the circuit. Smotherman beat Seamus Power with a par 3 on the 16th hole, the third time playing that hole in the sudden-death playoff precipitated by shortening the tournament to 54 holes. Poor weather on Sunday forced the cancellation of play, and the Tour decided to not play on Monday based on the weather forecast.
The two players finished regulation tied on 16-under 197, while Taylor Moore, Ben Silverman and Corey Conners all finished in a share of third place on 14-under total.
Smotherman won the $1,080,000 winner's share of the $6,000,000 purse.
Butterfield Bermuda Championship recap notes
Smotherman earned 16 Official World Golf Ranking points with the win in the 54-hole stroke-play championship, which helps his place in the world ranking. The points were reduced by 25 percent because the event was shortened.
Smotherman earned 500 FedEx Cup Fall points as a PGA Tour member, with the PGA Tour points offered at the standard level for this event.
A total of 72 (of 120) players finished the tournament, where a 36-hole cut was not made in this event to the top 65 and ties through two rounds.
The 2026 PGA Tour schedule continues this week with the VidantaWorld Mexico Open.
