The 2026 British Open Championship final leaderboard is headed by winner Ryan Fox, who won the PGA Tour event at Royal Birkdale Golf Club in Southport, England.
Fox won the event for his first major championship at the age of 39, making four birdies in the final six holes, including on the lengthy 72nd hole to win on 10-under 270.
Cameron Young, who shot 64 more than 2 hours before Fox finished, ended up in second place on 9-under total.
Sam Burns, the 54-hole leader, shot 72 on the final round to finish in solo third place.
Fox won the $3,200,000 winner's share of the $17,750,000 purse.

Fox earned 100 Official World Golf Ranking points with the win in the 72-hole stroke-play championship, which helps his place in the world ranking.
Fox earned 750 FedEx Cup points as a PGA Tour member, with the PGA Tour points offered at the major-championship level for this event.
A total of 78 (of 156) players finished the tournament, where a 36-hole cut was made in this event to the top 65 and ties through two rounds.
