Baltimore, Maryland, has some of the best slate of public golf courses in the United States. Mount Pleasant Golf Course, opened in the 1930s, is one of those places. In the first Muni Monday, Ryan Ballengee heads to one of his hometown municipal courses to play with head pro Les Turner to learn about the Classic Five course, its history, Arnold Palmer winning there, a 200-year-old clubhouse and why public golf is so important.
