The 2026 PGA Championship field is set with the passing of the PGA Tour tournament entry deadline. The field is set for this FedEx Cup event, played at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, from May 14-17, 2026.

The PGA Championship field is headlined by the likes of Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Cameron Young, Matt Fitzpatrick and more. This is the second men's major of the year, landing in the Philly area at a Donald Ross gem.

This is set to be an 156-player field is played out over four days, with this event marking the 20th tournament of the 2026 PGA Tour schedule.

The 156-player tournament is being played in its originally intended slot, continuing the 2026 PGA Tour season in a major event that offers 750 FedEx Cup points and 100 Official World Golf Ranking points to the winner.

We do not have Monday qualifiers for this event, which will be played Thursday though Sunday. Two spots are being held for the winners of the Truist Championship and the OneFlight Myrtle Beach Classic.

The PGA Championship alternate list has already been set, with the top names at present on the list set to replace any withdrawn players. Max Homa replaced Phil Mickelson, who withdrew to continue attending to a family matter. Sudarshan Yellamaraju got in when spots held for last week's two winners didn't both need those spots. Brandt Snedeker got in by winning the OneFlight Myrtle Beach Classic. Jake Knapp withdrew from an injury, allowing Tom Hoge to get in the field.
