Nelly Korda won for the first time in 2026 at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, and after three second-place finishes in a row, she's dominating at the 2026 Chevron Championship, the first LPGA major of the year.
Korda's fiancé, Casey Gunderson, is a fairly prviate person, and the couple doesn't keep out in the open often. Korda has talked in the past about wanting to keep a lot of her life to herself that's not related to golf.
However, the 27-year-old top player announced her engagement on Nov. 28, 2025, via a carousel of engagement photos on social media.
The couple knew each other going back to their high-school days in Florida at the IMG Academy, but they got together in the tail end of 2024 after reconnecting.
Gunderson played college football at Bryant University in Rhode Island. He works for an engineering firm in business development.
