Rory McIlroy couldn’t help but rib his daughter Poppy over her love of the Masters (and the ice cream)

Rory McIlroy had a lot of people to thank as he received the green jacket for winning the Masters Tournament at Augusta National for the second year running.

He had his entire family there with him to celebrate, including his wife Erica, his daughter Poppy, and his parents, Gerry and Rosie.

McIlroy couldn't help but get in a little ribbing of his daughter, who has found herself loving golf and, more specifically, the Masters as she's gotten older.

The Ulsterman turned to thank his family, starting with his wife and daughter. Then he cracked a joke, saying, "This has definitely turned into Poppy's favorite week of the year. I don't know if it's because of the Par-3 Tournament, or it's the all-you-can-eat ice cream in the Player Services Building."

Everyone gathered around for the ceremony laughed, including Poppy, who then facepalmed in a bit of playful embarrassment.

Of course, making a putt in the Par-3 Contest with her dad and Shane Lowry last year definitely goes a long way in helping her love of the Masters.

And the free ice cream -- especially a Georgia peach ice-cream sandwich -- does sound incredible.

But Poppy is growing up at a time when her father is celebrating the happiest accomplishments of his professional career, becoming just the fourth player ever to win back-to-back Masters. Getting those special embraces after the Masters in each of the last two years has to build memories that she'll never forget.
