2026 Masters Friday second round hole locations, pin placements, weather forecast

The 2026 Masters Friday pin sheet has been released for the second round, when we'll start the process to determine a new Masters champion. The Friday hole locations at Augusta National Golf Club aren't as well known as the traditional Sunday hole locations, and they can sometimes vary throughout the years.

Let's look at the hole locations (pin placements) as selected by the Masters Tournament Committee.

2026 Masters Round 2 pin sheet

Some things to note:

  • The hole location for the 1st hole is a red flag for almost any player, just over the left front greenside bunker.
  • The pin on the 2nd is the most difficult to access on the green, making for a tough two-putt for players who can reach in two shots.
  • The 11th hole features a hole location that puts the back-right bunker more into play than even yesterday, requiring players to hit short.
  • The 12th hole location remains over the front bunker, but there's more room to hit over that bunker and to the right of the flag.
  • The hole location on the 15th requires a player to somehow hold the front right of the green in two, which is a tough ask. More balls will go in the water today, including on long third shots.
  • The hole location on No. 16 isn't quite a total funnel pin, but it's definitely more favorable to using the slope to get the ball close.

2026 Masters Friday second round weather forecast

The Friday weather forecast at the Masters is excellent, with some clouds but a lot of sun and a low chance of rain. Temperatures will be in the high 70s throughout much of the day. Wind will play a minor factor throughout the day, though steady winds will be light.
