2026 The American Express TV and streaming schedule: How to watch on Golf Channel, Peacock, PGA Tour Live on ESPN+

The 2026 The American Express is the second event of the PGA West's Stadium Course and two other courses in Palm Springs, California, hosting the first event of the year in the mainland Untied States.

The event starts with a field of 156 players playing for a $9.2 million purse that will determine the first PGA Tour winner of the new year.

The field will be cut after three rounds to the top 65 players and ties for the closing round on Sunday.

The The American Express TV schedule is packed with hours of coverage, with Golf Channel airing the championship Thursday through Sunday with live golf action from the Aloha State.

Golf Channel airs coverage on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the Peacock streaming service carrying the Golf Channel coverage as well. In order to watch the Peacock coverage, you'll need to subscribe to Peacock subscriber.

PGA Tour Live is back this week on ESPN+ as well, which is also available in the new ESPN app for customers who have access to ESPN Unlimited. PGA Tour Live coverage precedes TV coverage and extends through the TV window.

  • Saturday, January 24: PGA Tour Live from 11:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. on ESPN+, TV coverage from 4-7 p.m. on Golf Channel
  • Sunday, January 25: PGA Tour Live from 11:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. on ESPN+, TV coverage from 4-7 p.m. on Golf Channel
