The 2025 Hills Open final leaderboard is headed by winner Meja Ortengren, who took home the victory at Hills Golf and Sports Club in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Ortengren won as an amateur on the Ladies European Tour, taking the title by two shots over Lisa Pettersson and Leonie Harm on 6-under 207 in the 54-hole event.
Thalia Martin finished in solo fourth place on 3-under total.
Ortengren did not win the €45,000 winner's share from the €300,000 purse. That was split between the two pros tied for second, with first- and second-place money combined and split between the players.

This was the latest event on the 2025 Ladies European Tour schedule, marking Sweden's tournament on the docket.
This event is the latest in a run of Ladies European Tour events in continental Europe, as the golf season has hit the continent.
The 36-hole cut was made on 7-over 149 or better, with 65 players completing the tournament.
The next scheduled Ladies European Tour event is the Aramco Houston Championship, played in two weeks in Texas, USA.
