The PGA Tour this week features the 2025 Wyndham Championship starting on Thursday at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina.
My PGA Tour field ranking for Wyndham Championship looks at the top 10 players in this 156-player field that brings together the best in the world for the start of the final run of the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup regular season.
The Wyndham Championship is back, and this is a critical tournament for a lot of players competing this week to get into the top 70 in the points standings and to get into the playoffs. The Donald Ross gem is pretty tight and penal off the tee for misses, and the greens are the star with their speed and contours.
Just a reminder that I make my expert picks looking at all fantasy leagues and formats. Whether you're playing in a fantasy golf leagues, betting on golf, or competing in a DFS (DraftKings, FanDuel) event, our picks highlight the top PGA Tour golfers to watch this week from our 2025 Wyndham Championship rankings.
2025 Wyndham Championship expert picks and rankings
1. Matt Fitzpatrick: Fitz has been playing great golf of late, going back through July with great results.
2. Aaron Rai: The defending champion had himself a solid week at the Open at Portrush, and he's been playing pretty well through the spring.
3. Keegan Bradley: The captain has been strong the last month and change, and a great result here kind of locks up him playing on his own Ryder Cup team.
4. Ben Griffin: Griffin has missed the cut in his last two tournaments, though he's taken a little time off to rest in between them. He's getting back on the horse for a playoff run.
5. Robert MacIntyre: Bobby Mac has been playing great golf through the two summer majors, and he should delight in Sedgefield.

6. Jake Knapp: Knapp has been great in his last five starts, including a pair of top-four finishes, albeit they were on courses much different than this one (though Detroit Golf Club is a Ross).
7. Si Woo Kim: SWK is one of a few horse-for-course plays this week, and he's a better option compared to Sungjae Im.
8. Ryan Gerard: Gerard is a PGA Tour winner as a result of his Barracuda triumph, and he did win on the Korn Ferry Tour in South Carolina.
9. Harry Hall: Hall has been a great golfer throughout a lot of the summer, and this could be a fair comp to Colonial, which he likes.
10. Hideki Matsuyama: Hideki has been hideous in the back half of the year, at least compared to the beginning. But there's been light at the end of the tunnel lately.
