The 2025 Mexico Open at VidantaWorld final leaderboard is headed by winner Brian Campbell, who earned his first-career PGA Tour win at Vidanta Vallarta in Vallarta, Mexico.
Campbell won with a birdie 4 on the second playoff hole in sudden death against Aldrich Potgieter, thanks to a miracle bounce in the forest after a horrible tee shot. He landed back in bounds, managed to get the ball to wedge range and made a 4-footer for birdie to win.
Potgieter and Campbell finished regulation tied on 20-under 264. On the first playoff hole at the par-5 18th, both players were unable to get up-and-down for birdie just off the green, tying in par. They returned to the tee for the second playoff hole.
Isaiah Salinda finished alone in third place, a shot out of the playoff as he also sought a breakthrough PGA Tour win.
Campbell won the $1,260,000 winner's share of the $7,000,000 purse.

Campbell earned 31.7 Official World Golf Ranking points with the win in the 72-hole stroke-play championship, which helps his place in the world ranking.
Campbell earned 500 FedEx Cup points as a PGA Tour member, with the PGA Tour points offered at the standard level for this event.
A total of 77 (of 132) players finished the tournament, where a 36-hole cut was made in this event. Two amateurs made the cut and were not paid for their finish.
The 2025 PGA Tour schedule continues next week with Cognizant Classic in the Palm Beaches in Florida.
