LPGA Tour superstar Patty Tavatanakit: Pictures, bio

Patty Tavatanakit is one of the best women's golfers on the planet -- and she has been a brilliant star from the very start of her career on the pro stage. Now she looks to become a winner once again at the 2024 Grant Thornton Invitational.

The Thai pro won the LPGA's 2021 ANA Inspiration, winning her first LPGA Tour title in a major championship that's now known as The Chevron Championship.

Tavatanakit then went several years without winning, breaking through twice early in 2024 at the Ladies European Tour's Aramco Ladies International and the LPGA's Honda LPGA Thailand.

Tavatanakit has a powerful game that includes 300-yard drives and a tremendous short game.
