Bridgestone Golf, Pabst Blue Ribbon collaborate to celebrate PBR’s 180th anniversary

Bridgestone Golf is joining the Pabst Blue Ribbon party with a new collaboration.

The Georgia-based company is celebrating the 180th anniversary of Pabst Blue Ribbon’s creation in 1844 with a limited-edition Bridgestone Tour B X dozen box as well as a limited-edition golf towel complete with both Pabst and Bridgestone logos.

“We are proud to be associated with such a historic American brand,” said Dan Murphy, President of Bridgestone Golf. “Both Pabst Brewing Company and Bridgestone Golf manufacture in the USA, and both believe strongly in American craftsmanship. This is a collaboration rooted in celebrating American manufacturing.”

The Bridgestone Golf x Pabst Blue Ribbon 180th anniversary limited-edition Tour B X golf balls ($45/dozen, consistent with a standard Tour B X dozen) features the anniversary logo on the ball and comes in commemorative packaging.

The limited-edition Bridgestone Tour B X golf ball features all the same technologies as the in-line model including the Reactiv X System with Reactiv iQ Smart Cover Technology and XCLRNT mid-layer for increased distance and control.
